Estee Lauder Bobbi Brown: engaging the Chinese audience

Why: To reach and engage Chinese travellers at a point where they can purchase Estee Lauder goods

How: Estee Lauder developed both Chinese and English language creative executions to run in Terminal 3, Heathrow’s Far Eastern hub, to drive sales of Bobbi Brown cosmetics.  Digital’s display flexibility allowed both languages to take the lead and alternate to target affluent Chinese travellers and English-speaking flyers simultaneously.
